Store Policies

1. Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods for purchases:

  • Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

2. Shipping:

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates and Options:

Shipping rates and available options will be displayed during the checkout process. We offer standard and expedited shipping options.

Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected during checkout and the destination. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided during the checkout process.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order's progress.

Shipping Delays:

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause shipping delays. In such cases, we will do our best to communicate any delays and provide updated shipping information.

3. Returns:

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Mixed paint and brush-on samples are not refundable.

Return Process:

Refunds will only be granted for items that are rendered unusable by damage during transit.

please, inspect all items upon receipt and promptly capture photos of any items you intend to request a refund. 

we are unable to accept refund or return requests 15 days from the delivery date.

Once your refund request is approved, the relevant amount will be processed and automatically applied as a credit to your original payment method or credit card within 7 business days. Please do not mail your purchased items back unless we deem it necessary to complete your refund request.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refund or Exchange:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process either a refund or exchange, as per your request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped out after the returned item is received and processed.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the damaged or defective item for our records.

Non-returnable Items:

Mixed paint and brush-on samples do not qualify for returns/refunds.
